I sit facing backwards on trains because I like watching things go by rather than seeing them arrive. 

Train Food

I had the crazy opportunity to ride 1st class on the Eurostar from Brussels to London (connecting from Amsterdam). At the time I was booking (which was relatively last minute) the ticket price for 1st class was less than 2nd and around the same as flying EasyJet (which would’ve been shit). Anyway, food and wine was included!!
A great experience indeed 🙂
